Health and fitness are essential for our body to maintain not only physical as well as mental, emotional and social development. Healthy body contains physically and mentally fitness, if a person is emotionally he may sometimes goes to depression and heart- attack.
Nowadays our lifestyle has changed, we are going outside trip often so we can not take home meal everywhere, so lack of healthy food we must consider to take proper care of ourselves by regular exercising .
Exercise does not mean we have to skip our meal or spend whole day in gym . Experts suggest us to take our meal in a balanced diet, to maintain healthy we must start exercising like cycling, jogging, brisk, swimming, running task.We must eat green vegetables, fruits and plenty of water, it regulates our body to facilities overall functioning. A balanced diet builds up our immunity and protect us from chronical diseases. We must maintain our health and fitness regularly and sleep properly at least eight hours to rebuild our body.
